It started as a little bud of an idea

And then it bloomed

After spending nearly two decades behind a computer screen, founder Callie Fay decided to hop off the corporate ladder and take the scenic route. Armed with a tiny Italian flower truck, questionable upper body strength, and exactly zero professional floral experience, she set out to build the kind of business her younger self would've been obsessed with.

These days, you'll find her parked somewhere sunny, convincing perfectly sensible strangers that fresh flowers aren’t reserved for anniversaries and apologies. That yes, a casual Tuesday can still warrant premium ranunculus.

Somewhere along the way, conference calls gave way to curbside conversations, deadlines gave way to dahlias, and life became infinitely more colorful.

Turns out that sometimes the best career moves aren't the most sensible. Sometimes they come with three wheels, an unreasonable number of peonies, and a lot more sunshine.

The backstory

Little Bud was born from equal parts burnout, optimism, and an unhealthy fascination with tiny Italian vehicles.
